Section 1
The eRehistro Web App (“eRehistro” or the “Web App”) provides services to you subject to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). These Terms may be updated from time to time. By accessing and using the Web App, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. When using third-party internet services (such as your internet service provider), you and the service provider may also be subject to their posted guidelines or rules. Such third-party guidelines may apply in addition to these Terms. In these Terms, “eRehistro” refers to the eRehistro Web App, and “you” refers to any user of the Web App.
Section 2
eRehistro is a web-based application that enables users to submit requests, upload supporting documents, track the status of transactions, and receive relevant updates. You understand and agree that these services may include communications such as service announcements, administrative messages, and news or update notifications. These communications may be considered part of the service and may not be optional.
Section 3
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance eRehistro are subject to these Terms. eRehistro is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee timeliness, accuracy, reliability, availability, or that content will be free from errors. We do not warrant that eRehistro will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for obtaining access to eRehistro. Access may involve third-party fees (such as internet service provider charges). You are also responsible for all equipment and software needed to access the Web App.
Section 4
You agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself (or your organization) as prompted during registration; and (b) maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it true, accurate, current, and complete. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete—or if we have reasonable grounds to suspect the same—we may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of eRehistro (or any portion of it).
Section 5
A user ID and password (or other authentication method) may be required to access your eRehistro account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and ensuring your account is not accessed by unauthorized persons. You are solely responsible for losses or fraudulent activities resulting from sharing your credentials with a third party. We will not be liable for any access or use of your account by a third party, whether with or without your authorization. As a security measure, we may automatically block or disable access after a certain number of failed authentication attempts.
Section 6
Your access to and use of eRehistro is subject to the following restrictions: - Unless otherwise stated, eRehistro and its materials are protected by proprietary rights (including intellectual property rights). You may view, download, and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. - You must not republish, sell, rent, reproduce, duplicate, copy, modify, trade, resell, or exploit any portion of eRehistro for commercial purposes without written permission. - You must not use eRehistro in any way that causes (or may cause) damage, impairment, or reduced availability or accessibility. - You must not use eRehistro for any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity. - You must not upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software (including spyware, computer viruses, or similar harmful components). - You must not perform systematic or automated data collection (including scraping, data mining, or harvesting) without express written consent. Accounts of users who violate or abuse eRehistro or its information may be disabled and/or terminated without prior notice.

Third-party content may appear on eRehistro or may be accessible via links. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, content, availability, or policies. Any loss arising from access to third-party sites is at your own risk. Information and opinions in third-party content are not endorsed by eRehistro and do not necessarily reflect our views.
Section 8
You must comply with all applicable laws regarding the proper use of eRehistro. Unauthorized access, interference with systems, misuse of accounts, improper or fraudulent use, or other unlawful conduct may subject you to account suspension/termination and possible civil and/or criminal liability under applicable laws. We reserve the right to investigate reported violations of these Terms and to take appropriate action. You agree to promptly inform us if you become aware of improper or illegal use of eRehistro or your account.
Section 9
Information and services offered by eRehistro may contain bugs, errors, problems, or other limitations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, interruption, loss of information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, eRehistro.

We respect your data privacy rights and aim to process personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and principles of transparency, legitimate purpose, and proportionality. We may collect basic personal information you provide (such as name, address, email, contact number), account information, transaction details, and supporting documents required to deliver the service. We use personal data for purposes such as: - account creation and management - processing, documenting, and tracking service requests/transactions - customer support and service communications - security, fraud prevention, and compliance We implement reasonable physical, organizational, and technical safeguards to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure, or unauthorized processing. Access to personal data is limited to authorized personnel and lawful recipients for legitimate purposes. We may use cookies to improve your browsing experience and analyze traffic. You can manage cookie settings through your browser; disabling cookies may affect functionality. Subject to applicable law, you may have rights as a data subject (such as to be informed, to access, to correct, to object in certain cases, and to file a complaint with the appropriate authority). Section 11
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and eRehistro regarding your use of the Web App. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable Philippine laws. Any suit or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought before the appropriate courts with jurisdiction. Where applicable, disputes may be submitted to mediation and/or arbitration in accordance with relevant alternative dispute resolution laws and rules.
